If you need to return an item, you must notify us before you send the return back to us. Your return must relate to the following reasons.
1) Receiving Wrong Item
The item you received is not the item you ordered, please contact us to replace or refund within seven days of you received the parcel. Please return the original item to us and we will process replacement item soon after we receive the return. If we have no similar item, we will refund in full payment.
2) Damaged parcels
If the parcel has been damaged in transit, we will replace the item or will give you full refund. We maintain high quality on our packaging process and most of our parcels are delivered without damage. Please return the original item to us and we will process replacement item soon after we receive the return. If we have no similar item, we will refund in full payment. No damage claims will be considered after 7 days of receiving the products.
If we sent the parcel by Fastway or Courier Post, the driver will collect the damaged parcel from your address. You will need to provide the original parcel with original packaging in order them to confirm the parcel has been damaged. If we sent by NZ Post, you will need to send this back to us.
3) Receiving Faulty Item
If new consoles or items found to be faulty, you can please contact us. A fault may be covered by a Manufacturer’s warranty within certain time frame and please refer to the product listing page for the warranty period. In some case, we will refer you to contact Manufacturer directly. For items which include warranty registration cards, you may need to complete these registrations in line with the Manufacturers’ instructions to be able to benefit from the warranty.
For pre-owned consoles and accessories, you can only return within 30 days after you received the item if it becomes faulty. We have security seals on most of pre-owned consoles and accessories so these must still be attached and unbroken when you return. No claim will be considered if these seals are not in original condition or beyond 30 days’ period.
You are acknowledged that the Manufacturer’s warranty or our 30- Day warranty do not cover damage from misuse, accident, negligent, inappropriate or improper operation, maintenance, installation, modification or adjustment.
